Our client wanted to convert this building of Townscape merit in Richmond into a contemporary house with a large glazed rear extension and swimming pool. We had to carry out difficult negotiations with the planning department on our client’s behalf. Specialist craftsmen had to be appointed to maintain the old “Arts and crafts” character, while fitting the latest technology and interiors inside.
