SMGA have obtained planning permission to build this new build office and adult education centre on the campus of Cranford community college. The brief was to design an enviromentally friendly landmark structure.The aim is to make this the second zero carbon footprint building in the country, through the use of a highly insulated envelope, wind turbines, photovoltaic cells and a biomass boiler.
