Our client, the Pizza Express founder wanted to convert a dark cramped existing office building into a light spacious restaurant, built to an exacting quality. We worked with the client’s designer Enzo Apicella and a team of specialist craftsmen. The polished and precise materials of mirror, stainless steel, marble and fluorescent tube lighting combine to provide a modern high tech aesthetic. A new structural glass wall the full length of the restaurant allows expansive views in and out.
