Part III Project Architect

Studio MG Architects are looking to hire an ambitious, qualified, architect who can deliver the work load today, but have the capability over the next 12 to 24 months to grow into a fully rounded business architect capable of winning and delivering new business revenues. At this point, the right individual would be offered an equity directorship within the business to ensure they benefit from the success of the practise.

Responsibilities

Working with the Managing director, take responsibility for the successful delivery of client projects, initially from contract signing to completion.

Skill Sets

Qualified, part 111 architect with a minimum of 6 years experience within the high end residential and commercial markets. Self motivated, creative thinker with excellent design, presentation and technical skills with a demonstrable track record of running projects from initial client brief to completion. Demonstrable track record of identifying and winning new business would be highly desirable, though not essential. Comprehensive contract documentation and contract administration skills. Highly proficient in Vectorworks CAD software is essential. Demonstrable track record of on-site supervision to client satisfaction. Ability to coordinate and manage external technical staff, consultants and contractors. Ability to work simultaneously and self prioritise on different projects.
