We are an established, multi-award winning London residential architectural practice. Only recently we were honoured with two prestigious Design Awards from Wandsworth Council.

We are a tight team of eight professionals with a shared passion for stunning architectural and interior design. In over two decades we have designed and delivered no less than 200 beautiful homes for clients from every walk of life.

We offer a fully consultative service
Our in-house 3D virtual modelling experts can provide you with extremely realistic 3D computer ‘walkthroughs’ of how every room in the house would look before a single brick is laid.
We offer a full, consultative Interior Design service. Our interior designers have a resource library of the latest fixtures and fittings and know where to procure everything you need at the best possible prices. Our in-house 3D virtual interiors service can work with you to fully understand your unique style and provide you with 3D ‘virtual home walkthroughs’ of how your fully furnished and decorated rooms could look. All of which can be viewed and shared from your own desktop!
Our in-house Planning Consultants have a complete knowledge of the planning process and over the years have forged strong relationships with many local authority planning departments. We are very proud of our 90% success rate of obtaining the best planning permission possible.

Using our detailed tender process we can recommend the best team to deliver your project on time and to budget with no surprises. We bring over 20 years of construction industry and construction law experience to your project which means that project uncertainty and conflict is kept to a minimum.
The service doesn’t stop once we have handed-over the keys, we also offer a full Aftercare Service. Our service ensures that you and your new home are looked after in the best possible way. We often develop designs in consultation with local Estate Agents to ensure that we always maximize the value of your house as an investment. On average Dyer Grimes designed homes have sold for 20% higher than the asking price!
